Forklifts
Forklifts are often used in the metals and engineering industry to load and unload and move materials around workplaces. They can be dangerous if not driven and operated correctly. In Western Australia there is on average one death and around 200 forklift injuries each year.

Employers must make sure employees are properly trained to operate a forklift and to follow safe work procedures.
